Key Responsibilities
- Handle pawning transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assess, accept, release, and manage pledged gold items.
- Maintain proper documentation and transaction records.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Promote pawning products and contribute to branch business targets.
- Prepare reports and maintain records for audits and monitoring purposes.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be below 35 years of age.
- Have passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination.
- Possess credit passes for Mathematics and English.
- Have at least two years of experience in pawning services or gold assessment.
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
- Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Experience in banking or financial services will be an added advantage.

- Gold valuation and assessment knowledge.
- Customer relationship management.
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment.
